WHAT IF MY OUTFIT IS DAMAGED?

Our outfits are carefully inspected before the packaging is done and then it’s moved for delivery. However, in case of any default or damaged product we assure to make an immediate exchange within 6-7 days of working, however, it must be informed within 24 hours of purchase.
 

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our exchange policy specifically claims that the product desired to be exchanged must be unused comprising our brand label along with the purchase invoice, and the exchange has to be done within 24 hours.
Moreover, you may contact our customer service center through social media platforms i.e., Facebook & Instagram, or email us with attachments of defaulted or damaged products. After mandatory reviews by the team, your claim for the exchange will be approved and the exchange will be offered simultaneously.
*Any item purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

HOW CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Click on the “order status” bar present in your account, in order to view the status of the order or to track your order.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES (DC)?

It varies from location to location and the mass of the packages; thus, the Delivery Charges are committed at the time of order.

 

 

WHAT IF MY DESIRED PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK?

Any product you are looking for that is out of stock will either not be visible on the website or will be mentioned as “Out Of Stock” on the product’s image. It can only be purchased or placed for an order if marked as “Available” on the website.


 

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

It’s not mandatory to set up an account to purchase any product from Hookfashion. Nevertheless, if you make one, it’ll help you to track your order, and you will be able to access your previous orders. Furthermore, the data required to place an order, like billing address, etc. will be saved, so you may not need to enter the details again.


 

WILL I RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE?

Yes, you will receive the same product as you are able to see in the picture, however, a minor variation of colors might be seen due to editing/filters in the picture. Plus, the products that are handcrafted/handmade, may differ slightly in the final creation of the product. 

 

HOW CAN I ASSURE THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED CORRECTLY?

Once, you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message through email, if not so then kindly contact our Customer Services. 

 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CANCELING AN ORDER?

This procedure depends on whether the product has been dispatched or not. Send your appeal for the cancellation to our email address (…) within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise, your order cannot be canceled.
 

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

You may cancel or make amendments to your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

CAN I RETURN AND GET A REFUND?

We don’t have any “Refund Policy”. In case, a customer is willing to get a refund, we can offer a “Coupon code” for the specific amount the customer has paid (the coupon code will be for a specific time frame).

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

For local orders:
All the local orders are processed within 4-5 days of working.
